Wanausha City is one of the investment private sector projects located in Shaqlawa-Erbil and far away from the city center about 45 km.
Each villa is about 350 m2 and more according to design because some of them have their own swimming pool, the built-up area is 100 m2 which includes car parking, landscape, living, kitchen, two beds, and bath.
Shahyan group as a contractor and investor will be responsible for the construction of this project.
